Bobby Ream Jr. (pictured here) is the gifted driver of the OSR sponsored dirt track sprint car. Dirt track racing began before World War I, and gained popularity during the 1920’s and 1930’s. Since then, it has been said that it is the single most popular form of auto racing in the United States. Bob Ream Jr. (the “Bullet”) spent most of his childhood at Manzanita Speedway, Globe-Miami Speedway and Corona Raceway in the grandstands cheering on his father, “Big Bird.” Some would say he was destined to drive sprint cars. Throughout his career, the “Bullet” has earned more ASCA Main Event victories than any other driver.
To be the best, in any field, requires a commitment to excellence. OSR’s appreciation for and commitment to quality and excellence, like that of Bob and his race team, has afforded us the opportunity to put our name on his sprint car for the 4th year in a row.
The races are a lot of fun and a great opportunity to get your family (or our OSR team members) together for a night out. When planning your next “let’s do something different” kind of night, consider a trip to the dirt track – just remember to keep an eye out for the OSR car!
