Kevin Garver
(PT, DPT, Clinic Director - Glendale)
Kevin grew up in Southern California and spent 8 years in the US Navy serving as an Electronic Warfare Technician. After leaving the Navy he attended Northern Arizona University where he received a BS in Exercises Science, became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2002.
Kevin started his career in outpatient; however, he has spent the last 14 years in home health working primarily with hip and knee replacement patients. He joined OSR in July 2020 after deciding to return to his passion for sports medicine. Kevin specializes in orthopedics, balance, and vestibular rehabilitation.
Kevin has been married to his high school sweetheart, Sheri, for 33 years. They have a 16 year old daughter, Kenzie. As a family, the Garver’s enjoy cooking, traveling, playing tennis, and following all Arizona professional sports teams.
