Alison Mitchell
(PT, DPT)
Ali Mitchell is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. She earned her undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University in December 2020 and went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Midwestern University, graduating in May 2024.
Her journey into physical therapy began in high school through a sports medicine course and internship, where she found fulfillment in building relationships with athletes and witnessing their progress. Ali is currently LSVT BIG certified, specializing in treatment for Parkinson’s Disease patients, and she aspires to further her expertise with certifications in vestibular rehabilitation and dry needling.
A third-generation Arizonan, Ali loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s walking her two dogs, Rosie and Lilly, hiking, or finding new ways to stay active. She enjoys quality time with family and friends, has a passion for Mexican food, and counts New Orleans and Disney trips among her favorite travel experiences.
