Liat Avital
(PT, DPT, Clinic Director - Moon Valley)
Liat fell in love with the physical therapy field through personal experience. She thrives knowing she has the opportunity in helping individuals reach their optimum potential to live life to the fullest! She earned her bachelor’s and doctorate at the University of Hartford in Connecticut and has been a Physical Therapist since 2015. Currently, Liat is certified in Functional Nutrition for Chronic Pain, Vestibular and Concussion Rehab, and Hip Preservation. Down the road, she intends on furthering her education and becoming certified in strength and conditioning as well as dry needling.
Originally from Long Beach, New York, Liat made the move to the Phoenix area in February of 2023. She started as a Physical Therapist at our Sun City clinic and quickly transitioned to the OSR Leadership Team as Clinic Director in Moon Valley. When not at work, you can catch her spending time with her husband and dog, traveling in the great outdoors hiking, paddle boarding, and snowboarding. Now that she has found her new work family, Liat is looking forward to putting down some roots here in Arizona!
