Cole Steed
PT, DPT
Cole joined the OSR team after completing his graduate studies right here in Arizona. He graduated from North Carolina A&T in 2021 before earning his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University’s Arizona campus in 2025.
Growing up in Arizona after moving from California, his interest in physical therapy was sparked at a young age while watching his dad recover from knee surgery. Seeing that positive outcome firsthand inspired him to pursue a career where he could help others experience that same level of recovery. He is dedicated to understanding his patients’ goals and helping them achieve successful outcomes.
As a new clinician, he is eager to continuously expand his skill set. Future educational goals include pursuing advanced training in manual therapy techniques, dry needling, and specialized care strategies for patients navigating chronic pain.
Outside of work, he prioritizes quality time with his family and friends. He stays active with regular workouts and playing basketball, and he also enjoys winding down with a good book, listening to music, and exploring new places to eat.
