Hannah Amhof
PT, DPT
Hannah joined the OSR team after moving from Iowa, where she was born and raised. She graduated from the University of Iowa in 2022 with a BS in Human Physiology and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in 2025.
Growing up with a mother who is a physical therapist, she was exposed to the field early. Watching family members navigate long health battles further fueled her compassion and advocacy. She focuses on treating the whole person rather than just a diagnosis, taking time to listen to each unique story to help patients safely return to what they love.
She is currently certified in Myofascial Cupping Techniques. Looking ahead, she plans to pursue advanced training in dry needling, concussion therapy, and specialized taping, while working toward her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and golf performance certifications.
The fourth of five kids, she grew up in a big, lively household full of pets. With a background in the performing arts, she loves music and singing. Outside of work, she stays active playing pickleball, running, hiking, and exploring local farmers markets and new foods around Arizona.
