Kaitlyn joins the OSR Physical Therapy team as the Clinic Director of OSR North Phoenix. Originally from Iowa, she earned her degree from Iowa State University in 2017 followed by her Doctorate from High Point University in 2023. Her interest in the field began on the sports field, where her own experiences in rehabilitation made her curious about how injuries happen and how they can be prevented.
Kaitlyn brings a high level of specialized expertise to the clinic, having completed a sports residency and earning her SCS (Sports Clinical Specialist) certification. She focuses on treating all types of athletic injuries and is passionate about advancing her knowledge in return to play strategies and injury prevention. She is dedicated to helping her patients understand their bodies so they can return to the activities they love with confidence.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn is an avid outdoorswoman who enjoys hiking, spending time at the lake, and playing volleyball and basketball. She is a proud aunt and a dog mom to her dog, Margarita. Whether she is staying active or spending quality time with her friends and family, Kaitlyn brings the same energy and dedication to her personal life as she does to her patients.
