Scott Arehart joined OSR Physical Therapy as the Clinic Director of Gilbert in December 2025. A 1991 graduate of Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, Scott has practiced exclusively in Arizona for over 30 years.
His inspiration for PT stems from a childhood accident and subsequent rehabilitation, which instilled in him the value of resilience and a passion for helping others heal. He is excited to return to his “first professional love” of outpatient orthopedic rehab. Scott is trained in Strain and Counterstrain techniques and uses a variety of manual therapies, including instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. He plans to further his skills by pursuing dry needling and cupping.
Originally from Kansas, Scott loves the Arizona climate, which allows him to enjoy year-round golf, biking, and hiking. He and his wife, Cindy (a local Gilbert teacher), love spending time with their dogs and family, including their adult daughter and son. Scott’s philosophy is to encourage patients to “expect the best years ahead” through effective rehabilitation.
